*New To Ashtanga? If you’re interested in starting a personal yoga practice, you’re in the right place! Our Monday class is designed for beginners, offering an ideal introduction to the basics. Then, join us on Friday for the Full Primary Series to get a comprehensive overview of what to expect as you progress.

Daily Mysore classes at Plaza Sportiva. Enrollment includes access to the sauna, pool, health club and cafe at Plaza. Come for the Ashtanga, stay for the sauna!
