What’s the Challenge?
Over 4 weeks, you’ll explore the therapeutic, traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga and learn how to build a consistent, personal practice.
- Ujjayi breath and meditation
- Dynamic flowing movement
- Foundational postures and transitions
- The structure of the Ashtanga sequence
Ashtanga Yoga combines breath and movement, helping cultivate vital energy while building strength, flexibility, and focus. More importantly, you’ll develop the skills to practice independently, integrating yoga into your daily life.

About The Teacher

Adarsh Williams has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 1998 and teaching internationally for over 20 years. Authorized by Pattabhi Jois in 2004, he combines traditional Ashtanga technique with a deep background in bodywork and therapeutic movement. His teaching is clear, grounded, and accessible for all levels—supporting students in building a sustainable, personal practice.
