    Dear Adarsh, I tried to practice the “CHEAT SHEET” in my mysore this morning. Apart from parshvottanasana and parsvadhanurasana that I forgot to do, I followed your SHEET. It took me about one hour.

    Because I have meniscus problem, I found this Sheet very useful as the poses that required bending knees were taken away. May I ask if you designed this Sheet with this in mind? If that is the case, I wonder whether it should include Uth Pluthi as it is a more intense padmasana pose. Recently, my yoga teacher in hong Kong said that in traditional practice, there was no uth pluthi.

      Hi Kat,

      Thanks for your comment. It’s nice to know that you were able to follow along with the new Cheat Sheet. Yes, I wanted to provide a “Knee-friendly” sequence for those with tight hips, knee problems, or just wanted a short version of the series.

      As for your question about Uth Pluthi, it’s always been in the series since I’ve practice (since ’98), but I can understand why someone might avoid this intense asana at the end of the practice when you are already relaxed.
