How Classes Work

Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional method where breath and movement are linked in a fixed sequence of postures.

Over time, the practice becomes something you learn to carry yourself. It is simple in structure, but deep in effect.

Mysore Style

  • In Mysore classes, you practice at your own pace while receiving individual guidance from the teacher.
  • This allows beginners and experienced students to practice together in the same space.
  • You are not required to be flexible or experienced to start — you are taught step by step.

Led Class

  • In Led classes, the group moves together through the Primary Series, guided by breath and traditional counting.
  • This helps you learn rhythm, structure, and flow.
  • Dynamic, steady, transformative

Classes are taught by Adarsh Williams, an authorized Ashtanga teacher with decades of practice and training in the Mysore tradition.
