Start at your own pace.

FAQs
WHY MYSORE STYLE IS GOOD FOR BEGINNERS
Unlike fast-paced group classes, Mysore style allows you to learn personally.
That means:
* individual attention
* progress at your speed
* modifications if needed
* time to ask questions
* less pressure than following a crowd
Many beginners find this easier than regular classes.
What Should I bring?
No special gear required. Just bring yourself in comfortable workout clothes. You welcome to bring your own mat or simply use a studio mat. All props and equipment are available.
What are the benefits?
With regular practice, students often notice:
* better flexibility
* more strength
* improved posture
* reduced stress
* increased energy
* confidence
* clearer focus
You don’t need to be advanced to experience benefits.
How often should I attend?
Although yoga is considered a daily practice, students may attend class at their own pace. While some students attend 3-5 times per week, we certainly have students that attend once per week to supplement home practice.
